I stopped in to have a fob replaced on my Edge. I had previously called the parts department. They had the fob I needed and told me I didn’t need an appointment to install it. When I got there, the service from Christopher was wonderful. He was very accommodating. The car was cleaned as per Covid procedures. The fob was installed quickly. I was very pleased with the service at Moose Jaw Ford

Kerry, Kelvin and Shawn made our experience very quick and easy! They answered our inquiry right away and within 2 days we were driving to Moose Jaw to sign papers. Absolutely no pressure and I loved how they treated me like an individual, not waiting to talk to my husband! They are great! We will be using them from now on and telling everyone about them!
