Moose Jaw Ford - Win The Wild Bronco Adventure

OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. ELIGIBILITY

This contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Moose Jaw Ford (MJF), its affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate families are not eligible.

2. CONTEST PERIOD

The “Win The Wild Bronco Adventure” will run across three separate contest periods:

• Period 1: May 1, 2025 to July 31, 2025 - Draw Date: August 5th 2025
• Period 2: August 1, 2025 to October 31, 2025 - Draw Date: November 3rd 2025
• Period 3: November 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026 - Draw Date: February 2nd 2026

Each contest period will have a separate winner selected by random draw from all eligible entries during that period.

3. HOW TO ENTER

Entry Rules Per Period:

• Automatically Qualify:

  Guests will automatically qualify for the contest if they purchase and take physical delivery of a new Ford Bronco or Bronco Sport from Moose Jaw Ford during the contest period. To qualify, the guest must be listed on the bill of sale or be the registered owner of the vehicle, and all funds must be received in full from the customer or their lending institution.



• No Purchase Necessary:

  Guests who complete a test drive of a Ford Bronco or Bronco Sport at Moose Jaw Ford during a contest period will be entered into a draw. One test drive participant will be randomly selected and granted entry into the “Win the Wild Bronco Adventure” draw, where they will be considered an "Automatically Qualifying" contestant and subject to all contest rules.

Limit of one entry per person per method per contest period.

Multiple test drives or purchases do not increase odds of winning in a contest period.

Important: Once entered, guests will not be re-entered into subsequent draws unless they:

• Purchase an additional qualifying vehicle during a future contest period, or
• Complete another eligible test drive during a future contest period.

This ensures that each draw reflects only the active participants during that specific three-month window.

4. PRIZES

There are two prize options available for the winner to choose from:

• Option A:

  A cheque in the amount of $5,000 CAD intended to cover travel expenses for the winner to attend the official Bronco Off-Roadeo experience. The winner may choose to travel alone or with one guest. The winner is solely responsible for planning, booking, and managing all aspects of the trip. Moose Jaw Ford will not coordinate or arrange any travel or accommodations. The cheque will be issued when the winner submits proof of booking the Bronco Off-Rodeo Experience.



• Option B:

  If the winner does not wish to attend the Off-Roadeo experience, they may opt to receive a $2,500 Moose Jaw Ford gift card, which may be applied toward future purchases or services at Moose Jaw Ford.

Prizes are non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded.

5. CONDITIONS

• Winner must plan and book their Off-Roadeo experience no later than a year after they have been drawn. If the trip is not booked by this date, the prize will be forfeited, and no alternate compensation will be provided.
• The prize cheque is issued directly to the winner and will not be reissued if lost or stolen.
• Moose Jaw Ford will not be liable for any costs exceeding the prize value or any issues related to travel bookings.
• The winner and their guest are expected to participate in all aspects of the Bronco Off-Roadeo program, including trail drives, learning courses, and group activities.

6. WINNER SELECTION

There will be three separate prize draws — one at the end of each contest period:

• Draw 1: August 5th 2025, For entries from May 1 to July 31, 2025
• Draw 2: November 3rd 2025, For entries from August 1 to October 31, 2025
• Draw 3: February 2nd 2026, For entries from November 1, 2025 to January 31, 2026

Each draw will include only the eligible entries received during that specific 3-month period. A new winner will be selected at the end of each period.

Participants are only eligible for the draw related to the contest period in which they completed a qualifying vehicle purchase or test drive. To be eligible for more than one draw, a guest must complete a new qualifying action during a subsequent contest period.

Winners will be selected by random draw and contacted by phone and/or email within 5 business days of the draw. If a selected winner does not respond within 7 business days, an alternate eligible entrant may be drawn.

7. PUBLICITY & PRIVACY

By accepting the prize, winners consent to the use of their name, city of residence, and image for promotional purposes without additional compensation. Personal information collected for this contest will be used solely for contest administration and will not be shared with third parties, in accordance with Saskatchewan privacy legislation.

8. GENERAL

This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws. Moose Jaw Ford reserves the right to modify or cancel the contest at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control.

9. RIGHTS RESERVED

Moose Jaw Ford reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate this contest at any time, in whole or in part, for any reason without prior notice, including but not limited to technical issues, fraud, or any other causes beyond its reasonable control that affect the integrity or proper conduct of the contest.

Moose Jaw Ford also reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value, at its sole discretion.
