About the Award
Ethisphere has been recognizing the most ethical companies since 2007. Ethisphere has recognized Ford Motor Company every year since 2011; that a 6-year run without any gaps in the achievement. The award recognizes companies throughout the world that establish standards of practice for ethical operations and actually take the steps to ensure the company meets and exceeds its goals for ethics. According to Ethisphere, the honorees “…exceed legal compliance minimums and shape future industry standards…” The 2015 list of the World’s Most Ethical Companies™ consists of 132 companies in 50 different industries.
