MOOSE JAW FORD $15,000 GIVEAWAY

RULES AND REGULATIONS:

  • The contest period is from August 1 – September 30, 2020.
  • There are two ways to qualify for this event:
  • ‘Automatically Qualify’ for the contest by being the first 150 to take physical delivery of a vehicle during the program period. The qualifying vehicle must have a retail value of more than $5,000.00.
  • be selected as the ‘No Purchase Necessary’ winner. (see ‘No Purchase Necessary’ rules below)
  • Any Factory order or Dealer transfer will qualify, if the vehicle is delivered during the program period.
  • Fleet, Government, Daily Rental and Wholesale vehicles do not qualify for this program.
  • Employees and their immediate families that are employed by the Driving Change Automotive Group and it’s affiliates do not qualify for the $15,000 Giveaway.
  • The qualifying customer will be determined by the following; the customer has taken physical delivery as outlined above, and is the customer of which the bill of sale or the registration holder of the vehicle purchased during the duration of this program as well as all monies must be received from the customer or the lending institution. Customers will choose a random number from our draw board up to 150 opportunities maximum.
  • There will be a total of 3 prizes. 1st place is for $10,000, 2nd place is for $3,500 and 3rd place is for $1,500.
  • Qualifying customers will be invited to an online semi-finalist draw on Thursday October 15, 2020 – details to watch and time will follow.  20 numbers/customers will be drawn to make up our semi-finalists.   A confirmation will be sent by email or text as well as a phone call.  If the qualifying customer does not respond/register by 5pm on Saturday October 17,2020 they will forfeit their spot in the semi-final and a replacement semi-finalist will be drawn.
  • The winner will be determined as outlined in the $15,000.00 Giveaway Winner (see below).

‘NO PURCHASE NECESSARY’ QUALIFYING CONTESTANT:

  • Another way to enter the contest is by test driving a vehicle at the dealership. This ‘No Purchase Necessary’ contestant will then be entered into a draw drum with all other ‘No Purchase Necessary’ contestants.
  • On the morning of the draw date for the $15,000 Giveaway, one contestant will be pulled from the ‘No Purchase Necessary’ draw drum.
  • The contestant must be present and have registered at the dealership the morning of the event to qualify.
  • The winner of the ‘No Purchase Necessary’ draw will then receive an entry into the $15,000 Giveaway by being entered into the draw barrel with the ‘Automatically Qualifying’ contestants.
  • The winner of the ‘No Purchase Necessary’ draw will then be considered an ‘Automatically Qualifying’ contestant for all other rules of the event.

$10,000 GIVEAWAY WINNER:

  • Semi-finalists will be invited to the final online draw on Thursday October 22, 2020 – details to watch and time to follow.
  • These 20 contestants will then compete in a reverse draw. The final three names will be our finalists.
  • The last person drawn will choose one of the three vehicles holding the cheque representing the prize amounts. The second last person will then choose from the two remaining vehicles and the third last will have the last vehicle representing the final prize amount.
  • A proxy/stand in will represent each of the three finalists who will stand next to the three vehicles holding the cheque representing the customers and they will be instructed to open the tailgates. Once opened the prizes will be revealed to the three winners.
  • Payment will be issued by cheque the following day at the dealership after 10:00 am local time.
