Vehicle Specifications
The Mustang GT has a 5.0-liter V8 engine and delivers 420 horsepower at 6500 rpm and 390 lb-ft of torque. The Mustang GT comes standard with a 6-speed manual transmission but a 6-speed automatic transmission with manual shift control is an available option. The Mustang has excellent handling and responsiveness and this coupe gets an EPA-estimated 15 mpg city and 26 mpg highway.
Interior Highlights
The Mustang GT has a four-way manually adjustable driver’s seat and a two-way manually adjustable front passenger’s seat. A leather-wrapped steering wheel and four-gauge instrument cluster with chrome accents give this sporty car a decidedly upscale feel. Cruise control, power features and a premium stereo system come standard. An optional Tech Package with Ford SYNC includes in-vehicle connectivity, steering-wheel-mounted audio controls and a six-way power driver’s seat.
