Exterior Design

 

The exterior features a sporty and aerodynamic design. The sculpted hood slopes down towards the slender front grille that is flanked by two, bright LED headlights. The rest of the body is outlined in elegant curves and sleek lines that flow from the nose of the vehicle all the way to the subtle rear spoiler.

This package adds black beltline moulding, upper window moulding, and front and rear skid plates. Interior Design

 

The interior is both spacious and comfortable. The cabin can seat up to five passengers while providing plenty of legroom and headspace for all occupants. There is also a large rear cargo area that can hold all of your luggage and gear. For an added level of convenience, the rear seats are able to fold down flat in a 60/40 split. With both seats down the Escape provides up to 1,852 litres (65.4 cubic feet) of space. With both seats up, the rear cargo area provides up to 962 litres (34 cubic feet) of space.

 

High-Tech Entertainment

 

The Escape comes standard with a 4.2-inch display that is equipped with an AM/FM radio. There is an available 8-inch touchscreen infotainment display that comes with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto as well as Wi-Fi Hotspot. To help you listen to your favourite song in a new way, the Escape also offers a B&O Play audio system that features 10 speakers strategically placed throughout the cabin. To add a level of convenience to the interior, the Escape also offers an available 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and an available heads-up display.

If you are looking for a little more power, there is also an available 2.0-litre 4-cylinder turbocharged engine that is able to deliver up to 250 horsepower. This year, the Escape is also offering a plug-in hybrid option that combines a 2.5-litre 4-cylinder engine and two powerful electric motors to deliver up to 221 horsepower.
