MOOSE JAW FORD $15,000 GIVEAWAY

OFFICIAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

The contest period for the Moose Jaw Ford $15,000 Giveaway runs from June 1st, 2023, to July 31st, 2023.

Participants must be legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. The contest is not open to employees, immediate family members, or those residing in the same household as employees of the Driving Change Automotive Group and its affiliates. Fleet, Government, Daily Rental, and Wholesale vehicles are not eligible for this program.

There are three ways to qualify for this contest:

Participants can automatically qualify for the contest by taking physical delivery of a vehicle during the program period. The qualifying vehicle must have a retail value of more than $5,000.00 CAD.

Participants can also enter the contest without making a purchase by test driving a vehicle at the dealership. These participants will be entered into a separate draw, and one winner will be selected as the "No Purchase Necessary" contestant. This winner will then receive an entry into the main $15,000 Giveaway.

Participants can also qualify for the contest by factory ordering a vehicle during the event period. If the vehicle is not delivered during the program period, the participant will be entered into a separate draw. One winner will be selected as the "Factory Order" contestant and will receive an entry into the main $15,000 Giveaway.

There will be a total of 3 prizes:

• Grand Prize: $10,000 CAD
• 2nd place: $3,500 CAD
• 3rd place: $1,500 CAD

A Pre-Draw will be held on August 4th, 2023, at 12 pm local time. All qualifying customers are invited to view the Pre-Draw live on Moose Jaw Ford's Instagram and Facebook pages. Three names will be drawn to determine the finalists for the $15,000 Giveaway. Finalists will be notified by email, text, or phone call. If a finalist does not respond by August 7th, 2023, at 12 pm local time, they will forfeit their spot, and a replacement finalist will be drawn.

The $15,000 Giveaway Draw will take place on August 9th, 2023, at 2 pm local time at Moose Jaw Ford (1010 North Service Road, Moose Jaw, SK). The three finalists, or their designated proxies, must be present at the event. Contestants will participate in a draw to determine the order in which they choose vehicles. Each finalist will then select from the remaining vehicles, revealing the prize amount in the order determined by the draw. If a finalist cannot attend in person, they may arrange a proxy directly with Moose Jaw Ford. Prizes will be revealed upon opening the tailgates of the chosen vehicles.

Payment of the prizes will be issued by cheque on August 10th, 2023, at the dealership after 12:00 pm local time.

By participating in the contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Regulations and the decisions of Moose Jaw Ford, which are final and binding in all respects. Moose Jaw Ford reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time for any reason, without prior notice.
